Monthly Meeting
The Board of Fire Commissioners meets the 3rd Monday of the month at 7 pm at the firehouse on Blodgett Road off Route 32 in the hamlet of Quaker Springs. All meetings of the Board of Fire Commissioners are open to the public.

Quaker Springs Fire District Election

Town of Saratoga, NY (December 12, 2007) Voters in the Quaker Springs Fire District re-elected Jim Burke to a five-year term as Fire Commissioner. 58 voters turned out at the Quaker Springs Firehouse returning the incumbent unanimously.

Also on the ballot was the public vote for a resolution to issue Serial Bonds in the amount of $600,000 to finance the construction of a fire sub-station on Route 9P. This resolution passed by a 56 to 2 vote. Construction of the sub-station is expected to begin in the Spring.
