Water Rescue Drill On Saturday, July 18, 2009, QSFD along with Schuyler Hose, Malta Ridge, the South Glens Falls dive team and the Corinth dive team held a water rescue drill on Saratoga Lake. The drill was held in the vicinity of Snake Hill in approximately 40 feet of water. While the dive teams worked on their diving skills, Quaker Springs, Schuyler Hose and Malta Ridge worked on backboard skills in the water and practiced getting victims aboard their vessels. It was a very productive drill and we would like to thank all who participated. In addition, we would like to thank the QSFD Auxiliary who provided breakfast and lunch for the participants.
